About Us and our Courses:
Did you know that: those with
good Retail and Marketing skills are the most sought after by the
industry's employers. Teaching diving is usually just not enough
and the growth of many dive stores depends on the strength of their
retail sales team.
At some point in your diving career, there may be a desire to be
a team leader, supervisor or manager. Different
environments and/or locations will generally dictate the type of
management style required for that situation, but there are certain
basic principles that all good managers must adhere to.
