Course Objectives
The PADI
Instructor Training process is divided into two phases:
- The first phase is the PADI Assistant Instructor Program (AI) which provides candidates with the training in how to teach the PADI System successfully in the classroom, confined water and open water environment.
- The second phase of the training programme is the Open Water Scuba Instructor Program (OWSI).
- During your time with us you will be expected to perform limited teaching assignments as required by PADI standards for the programmes.
- We take time to ensure that each candidate is comfortable and performing to well above acceptable levels before attendance at an Instructor Examination (IE).
- Credit will be given if you already hold a PADI Assistant Instructor qualification.

About Us and our Courses:
Did you know that: those with
good Retail and Marketing skills are the most sought after by the
industry's employers. Teaching diving is usually just not enough
and the growth of many dive stores depends on the strength of their
retail sales team.
At some point in your diving career, there may be a desire to be
a team leader, supervisor or manager. Different
environments and/or locations will generally dictate the type of
management style required for that situation, but there are certain
basic principles that all good managers must adhere to.
